Every personalized piece is individually hand etched in our Tennessee studio. Depending on complexity, custom orders take anywhere from one day to a week or more to complete.
How custom ordering works
Reach out to share your design concept, font choice, and preferred glassware style. Because glass curvature affects etching feasibility, straight-walled glassware like pint and whiskey glasses work best. Once we confirm the artwork and quote, full payment is collected before etching begins to ensure materials and dedicated production time.
